Online Payment of School Fees for the University of San Carlos Now Available via PayMaya: A Step by Step Guide
It’s the last month of the year and for students who are currently undertaking tertiary education, it means that the Finals week is fast approaching. This period also implies that it’s high time to settle the outstanding balance of your tuition fees and other school fees. However, due to the pandemic, payment of tuition fees onsite has been a challenging process, even unfeasible for some.
I’m currently enrolled as a second year master’s student at the University of San Carlos (USC) for the first semester S.Y. 2020 – 2021. This is my third semester of alternative learning (online class), including summer of 2020, but this is actually the first time that I paid my tuition fees and other school fees online via a digital wallet like PayMaya. 1.) Go to ismis.usc.edu.ph portal and click “Online Payment” tab
2.) Read the Privacy Policy
3.) Check the box “I have read and understood the Privacy Policy Statement” and press “Continue”
4.) Enter the student’s correct information.
5.) Input the amount for the item that you want to pay (e.g., School Fee).
6.) Proceed to Checkout. (Please note that a minimal convenience fee will be added in your total payment)
7.) Click PayMaya box and Scan PayMaya QR to Pay or Enter your PayMaya details and review “Order Summary” before you click “Complete Order”
8.) Payment Successful!
9.) Receive the Payment Confirmation thru email and text message.
10.) Check the Payment History/Student Ledger for real-time crediting of your payment
