HOW TO BOOK FLIGHTS USING GETGO POINTS
1.) Login to your GetGo Account
Visit getgo.com.ph. If your’re already a GetGo Member, fill in the required log-in credentials on the Login page. If you don’t have an account yet, sign up and register via the “Quick Enrol” tab, right next to Login. For more rewarding experience, download the GetGo Mobile App for points, perks and promos.
2.) Select Destination and Travel Date
Use the quick flight search if you know exactly where and when to go. Or Go Places with Low Fare Finder. If you’re planning to go to Boracay during the Laboracay Weekend, then choose the featured route “From: Cebu” and “To: Boracay (Caticlan)”. Select preferred travel period by clicking such dates on the web calendar. Click “Continue”. At a glance, you’ll know if those dates are on sale when the “250” points are reflected.
3.) Select Passenger(s) and Flight(s)
If you’re the only passenger, then click the specific icon with your name on it (the first or left-most selection by default). You may add additional passengers, as necessary. Then, choose the specific flights (both departure and return) that’s convenient for you. You may add baggage allowance and other add-on by paying a minimal fee.
You will know how much you’ll be paying (with complete details) in the booking summary on the right side of the page. Please note that the basic fare is payable by GetGo Points. The Top-Up Payable pertains to the taxes & fees.
4.) Select Payment
Since the fare is payable and automatically deducted from your GetGo points, then the only thing that you need to pay is the “Top-up Payable”. In the payment section, you may choose to pay via credit or debit card or through payment center like 7/11 and various payment channels. Enter the necessary information, review its accuracy and once confirmed, click “Confirm and Pay”.
By this time, your booking is successful and you’ll then receive your flight itinerary via email.
